This different appraoch – even to such simple thing as summary of a year’s worth work – reflects our philosophy – that we have PARTNERSHIP in our minds first. CargoSeller for Freight Managers
CargoSeller, as innovative platform for automating logistics, grew a lot in terms of client’s usage. Spike in end-users usage of functionalities, and a lot of feedback, resulted in scaling infrastructure and adding new unique features. Thanks to good planning beforehand, scaling architecture was as easy as adding worker servers, and new features’ handling was organized thanks to keeping to Agile rules, which helped us to deliver value tasks first.
TenantTracks for Landlords and Tenants
For this online tenant screening solution we have made significant improvement for landlords by adding Enhanced Screening Tools. These tools help landlords to obtain more relevant information about potential tenants.

There were many addons created for car sellers on Auto.Social plaftorm, but one worth mentioning is definitely integration with Google Ads. This unique feature greaty improves selling capabilities of garages, enabling paid selling funnel for further sellers. This one feature alone would “make a year” but Auto.Social doesn’t stop there: we have added widget system, Status in Creative Studio, Post Checker Outsource Page and many more. Auto.Social is like never-ending unique swiss knife!
Axim Creative for Unique Video and Design
For Axim Creative we did a big server migration that allows us to have more backups and improves websites speed overall (instant 20% response time reduction!). This was a relatively big topic to handle, because we had over 100 websites (and similar amount of email accounts) to handle and required quite a bit of organizational skills, and it couldn’t be automated (partially beacuse systems needed to be up at all times and partially because of DNS records handling. Finally, this was a success and service quality improvement, that will impact positively not only Axim and their clients, but also end users.
ProfitBoard for Allegro Sellers
You should optimize your selling on Allegro with ProfitBoard – because that’s what your competitors alredy did! And that’s what we needed to handle in 2024 – surge in usage, surge in load and handling massive amount of cron jobs and MariaDB upserts (we’re talking hundreds of thousands queries per hour). This was possible partially because we used Redis on massive scale, with prioritization, dedicated queues and built-in scalability. New users are also extremly happy about Allegro Ads feature, that is a real game changer for commercial sellers.
MyRotat for Shipowners
MyRotat is an absolutely unique software for handling seafarers rotations – and it got it’s recognition. First vessels are on the platform and more contracts are being discussed. Shipowners who will not learn from MyRotat case, will be soon left behind. And having first clients onboard let us have some unique feedback, which resulted in powerful customisation options.

Switching over chart rendering system to Highcharts allowed to acheive much faster loading times despide lot of data being processed. Sailing Byte – Software House for Startups
One of the things that we have changed is heavier use of different AI models – not only online, but also offline LLMs, that we can run and evaluate. Running local LLMs is a bit different, but necessary when handling sensitive data that should not be sent anywhere over internet, while still having access to LLM power. This one thing alone allowed us to improve code quality and be able to propose additional cutting-edge functionalities for their end-users. Another thing worth mentioning is implementing additional backup destination and easily scalable architecture thanks to Proxmox, which works great with heavy load environments that some of our clients need.
So overall, as you can see, 2024 was a real game changer in many aspects for us, our clients and end users – and we are sure that 2025 will be such an amazing year aswell. I cannot describe everything in one simple article, but for sure our clients experienced significant growth and innovation across various industries, thanks to tailored solutions and cutting-edge technologies. This partnership-driven approach not only benefited our clients but also reinforced the synergy that fuels mutual success.
