First, the workshops at the beginning were a great idea because they helped me understand technical limitations and opportunities, and align my idea with a practical approach. Secondly, their great communication at all times - both when discussing positive aspects and when clarifications were needed - was impressive. I know that some avoid communication when problems arise, but Sailing Byte is not one of those. There weren't many changes during the project, but I saw that Sailing Byte was ready to adapt on the go if needed.
